Changeover Clean Our standard holiday changeover clean is suitable for properties up to tourist board 5 star standards. For most properties we assign a self employed Property Manager to take care of all changeover tasks, including checking the property on departure; cleaning and servicing the property ready for arrivals; linen services and liaising with incoming guests on arrival.
Guest Arrival Amenity Pack
Customers may wish us to supply an arrival ‘amenity pack’ together with a gift for visitors. Bespoke packs can be supplied if required. Details supplied on request.
Guest Liaison
For customers who subscribe to our Complete Management Service, our Property Managers leave their contact number in the property and act as a 'first responder' if guests call with any property related issues.
Meet and greet
Exclusively available for an additional charge to customers who subscribe to our Complete Management Service.
Property Clean and Set Up
For properties newly appointed as holiday lets, or recently converted from other use, we can clean and set up the property at the beginning of a letting period, in preparation for arriving guests.
Vacant property refresh
Holiday changeovers are conducted on departure. Where a property is left vacant for a period of time, we will if instructed visit the property prior to an arrival to check that everything is in order, and to dust and polish where necessary. As directed by the owner, this may be done after an empty period of between 2 weeks – 1 month, depending on the property. We are happy to schedule regular visits to ensure that the property is secure and no internal problems have taken place e.g. burst pipes, and to comply with owner’s insurance requirements during empty periods.
Mid-booking linen change
For bookings of longer than one week where a linen change is required, we will visit the property to remove and replace dirty linen and towels, including making all beds.
Winter and out of season services
During winter and cold weather periods it may be necessary to visit a property prior to a booking to turn on the heating, and/ or to air the property. We can provide this service as and when required.
Our associate will liaise with staying guests. In this way we offer a complete 'hands-off' service particularly suited to customers who require little or no involvement in the management of their property.
General Property Maintenance
Service we will respond to calls from staying guests if appropriate, and will normally address minor issues without prior consultation with the property owner. In this way property owners have the benefit of a complete 'hands-off' service, and staying guests can receive a prompt response to property related issues.
Gas Safety Certificate
For customers with a domestic gas supply, it is a legal requirement to have an annual gas safety check conducted by a registered Gas Safety engineer for rental properties. The safety check will cover the boiler as well as any additional gas appliances such as cookers and fires. This is a service we can provide to our customers.
Property Inventory
For holiday rental properties, we can provide a full detailed property inventory at the start of a letting period.
Property Insurance
Don´t put yourself and your property at risk, we will arrange comprehensive insurance for your holiday home, including 5 million public liability insurance to protect you and your guests in the event of accidents.
